TRUE TAPE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

By placing an order with True Tape, LLC (“True Tape”, “we”, “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made via our website, phone, email, or messaging platforms.

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. Orders are accepted only upon shipment or issuance of invoice.

3. PRICING & DISCOUNTS

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Discounts, including tiered pricing, may be limited, modified, or discontinued at any time and do not guarantee future availability.

4. PAYMENT

Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Customers are responsible for any applicable transaction or currency conversion fees.

5. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

All shipments are made Ex Works (EXW). Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

True Tape is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers.

6. SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipping insurance is optional. If declined, the customer assumes all risk of loss or damage.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international shipments are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).

The customer is responsible for all:

  • Import duties

  • VAT / taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Customs clearance charges

8. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or undeliverable due to unpaid duties or taxes:

  • It will NOT be treated as a standard return

  • All shipping, customs, and return costs will be deducted from any refund

  • If costs exceed the order value, no refund will be issued

If goods are not returned or are destroyed by customs, no refund will be provided.

9. RETURNS

Returns must be approved in advance. Products must be in resalable condition.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless due to our error

10. ORDER ERRORS

If we ship the wrong item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement.

11. PRODUCT USE

Products are not guaranteed for specific performance results and are not intended for medical use.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, product images, and materials remain the property of True Tape and may not be used without permission.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

True Tape is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

14. DISPUTES

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Colorado.

15. ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
