Clearance or final sale items
REFUNDS

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected

A restocking fee may apply for returns outside of 30 days
ORDER ERRORS
If we made an error with your order:

CUSTOMER ORDER MISTAKES
If an incorrect item is ordered:

Customer is responsible for return shipping

Customer is responsible for shipping costs for replacement items
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Shipping insurance is optional at checkout.
If insurance is not selected:

The customer assumes responsibility for lost or damaged shipments
If a package is lost or damaged:

A claim must be filed with the carrier

We will assist where possible
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees.
If a shipment is refused or abandoned:
