RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return guidelines carefully.

RETURNS

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the shipment date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Return requests must be approved in advance. Please contact us at [your email] before sending any items back.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Liquid products (adhesives, removers, etc.)

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or final sale items


REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee may apply for returns outside of 30 days


ORDER ERRORS

If we made an error with your order:

  • We will cover return shipping

  • We will send a replacement at no cost


CUSTOMER ORDER MISTAKES

If an incorrect item is ordered:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs for replacement items


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Shipping insurance is optional at checkout.

If insurance is not selected:

  • The customer assumes responsibility for lost or damaged shipments

If a package is lost or damaged:

  • A claim must be filed with the carrier

  • We will assist where possible


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees.

If a shipment is refused or abandoned:

  • All shipping and associated costs will be deducted from any refund

  • No refund will be issued if costs exceed the order value
